Clare is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor.  Clare obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Bonaventure University.  She received her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from WCSU.  Clare is a member of the American Counseling Association.
