Sarah is a clinical social worker, licensed by the state of Connecticut, with over 10 years of clinical experience. Sarah earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Her professional experience includes managing an Addictions Program in a non-profit agency in New Jersey.  In London, UK, she was the Director of the Developmental Center, providing treatment to children and adolescents with learning and behavioral disorders.  Sarah has also worked at several residential programs treating those with substance dependence and adolescents who were emotionally and behaviorally disturbed.  Sarah has been in private practice in the Danbury since 2007.  Throughout her professional life, Sarah has been committed to working with those struggling with substance abuse/dependency and their families.  Sarah's assessment skills and ability to engage honestly and patiently with others, allows for a solid therapeutic relationship to develop and for treatment goals to be steadily achieved.
